Donaldson Distributor Conference We recently attended the Donaldson Southeast Asia Sales conference for its official distributors from 3-5 July 2019 in Bangkok.
Interacting with the Donaldson HQ team as well as our fellow distributors from Singapore, Myanmar, Indonesia, Malaysia, Vietnam, and Thailand was both fun and informative.
We brainstormed how to best solve customer problems and shared best practices with each other. We learned about exciting new products (e.g. Donaldson Blue filters - which have double the lifespan of regular filters) and big new expansion plans for our region (wider product range and bigger geographic footprint).
The big takeaway is that Donaldson filters are not commodities – they are value-enhancing products. This is why Donaldson is considered a top choice for many Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) and aftermarket customers around the world.
